Mainline times in Incline
The Mainline (ML) runs every day. TART lists these fall times through Dec 1, 2026. TART's winter times can differ.

Two early buses come from Tahoe City to Incline, at 6:39 AM and 7:09 AM at Village Blvd. Two evening buses come from Crystal Bay, at 6:09 PM and 6:39 PM.
Highway 267 and night buses
- Highway 267 leaves Crystal Bay (Stateline Rd shelter) for the Railyard Mobility Hub in Truckee at 7:01 AM, then hourly to 5:01 PM.
- Friday to Sunday, Highway 267 also runs from Crystal Bay to Northstar. Buses leave hourly from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Night buses leave Crystal Bay at 7, 8, 9 and 10 PM for Northstar and for Olympic Valley.
East Shore Express
The East Shore Express is a summer shuttle from Tunnel Creek to Sand Harbor. The Tahoe Transportation District runs it. The Sand Harbor lot fills by 9 AM on warm weekends. The shuttle skips that problem. It does not run in the off season.

Snow on Mt Rose Highway and SR 28 is the usual cause of delays. TART posts alerts for detours and cancellations. TART alerts show at the top of this page.
Not served
TART Connect, the on-demand ride service, does not go to Incline Village.

What time does the TART bus come in Incline Village?
The Mainline leaves Village Blvd at Juanita Rd at 38 minutes past each hour, from 7:38 AM to 4:38 PM, with a last run at 5:38 PM. Buses toward Incline stop there at 9 minutes past, from 8:09 AM to 5:09 PM.
Is the TART bus free?
Yes. TART's fares page lists the Mainline, Highway 89 and Highway 267 routes as free to all riders. You do not need a ticket or a pass.
Is there a bus in Incline Village?
Yes. TART runs the Mainline along Highway 28 through Incline Village and Crystal Bay. Highway 267 buses link Crystal Bay to Truckee and Northstar. Night buses run from 7 PM to 10 PM.
Is there a shuttle to Sand Harbor?
In summer, yes. The East Shore Express runs from Tunnel Creek to Sand Harbor and does not run in the off season. The Tahoe Transportation District runs it.
