The IVGID board approved an $811,332 Snowflake Lodge design contract on Sept 23, 3-0, with one trustee abstaining. The next meeting is the IVGID special event at 9:30 AM, Nov 10. IVGID runs the town's water, sewer, trash contract, beaches, rec center, golf and Diamond Peak. Five elected trustees meet once or twice a month on a posted schedule. We write summaries from the agenda, the video and the approved minutes. Our vote list covers only the meetings we summarized. The next meetings, with dates and times, are listed below.

How to take part
Read the agenda first. It is posted before each meeting. You can speak at public comment for 3 minutes, in the boardroom at 893 Southwood Blvd or by phone.
This week in 5 minutes
Town Hall in 5 minutes has the week's decisions on one page.
How a summary is built
Each meeting gets 3 passes. The posted agenda gives us a preview. The meeting video gives us a draft. We check the final version against the approved minutes. Each summary shows its stage at the top.
What we never do
We never name or quote private residents who speak at public comment. We paraphrase what was said. Trustees and staff are public officials, so we name them with their titles. Humor comes only from what happened on the record.

One square per roll call, 88 from the meetings we summarized since Jan 14. An open square had at least one no vote; 18 did. A night can show more squares than motions, because the consent calendar and opening or closing a hearing are roll calls too.
